Moncks Corner is a small town located about 50 minutes from downtown Charleston and about 10 minutes from Goose Creek. This area is growing and has several areas of new construction. Pricing here tends to be lower than other areas because it is not as close to either downtown or to the beaches. One of the attractions is the 77,000 acre Lake Moultrie - a popular fishing and swimming destination.
